A pedestrian’s life was sadly cut short in a motor vehicle collision in Kentucky. The accident took place shortly before 6:50 p.m. on U.S. Highway 27. The recent pedestrian accident in Kentucky occurred on New Year’s Eve. Authorities reported that a pickup truck was traveling along the highway. All of a sudden, the truck hit the pedestrian, who was walking along the highway and another road.
The pickup truck ended up hitting the pedestrian from behind, as both the driver and the pedestrian were going south on the highway. Unfortunately, the pedestrian passed away in the crash. The driver did not appear to suffer any injuries in the collision.
